March Mat Pilates at ALURA
Join us this March for our monthly Mat Pilates experience at ALURA Studio, created in collaboration with The Pilates Ritual. After the incredible energy and response from our previous classes, we’re continuing this community favorite — blending intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and supportive connection in a welcoming wellness environment.
This all-levels class is designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and build full-body stability while helping you reconnect with your body in a grounded, empowering way. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, our instructors guide you through controlled, functional movements that leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned.
