ALURA Pilates & Wellness Studio Policies

Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and exceptional experience for every member of our community. Thank you for helping us create an environment where everyone can move, grow, and thrive together.

Class Reservations

  • Advance booking is highly encouraged, as class sizes are limited.

  • Reservations may be made through our online booking system.

  • Walk-ins are welcome only if space is available.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early for your first class and 5 minutes before class for all returning visits.

For the safety of everyone in class:

  • The studio doors are locked promptly at the scheduled class start time.

  • Late arrivals will not be admitted once class has begun.

  • Late arrivals are considered a missed reservation and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens.

To avoid penalties:

  • Classes must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of class or failure to attend are considered Late Cancellations or No-Shows.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to:

  • Loss of the class credit from your package or membership.

  • Additional fees may apply in accordance with your membership agreement.

Membership Policies

  • Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled according to your membership agreement.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Unused classes do not roll over unless specifically stated within your membership.

  • Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered member.

Membership Freezes

Members may place their membership on hold for up to 2 months at a time.

  • A $10 monthly freeze fee applies.

  • Freeze requests must be submitted before your next billing date.

  • Membership benefits and booking privileges are suspended during the freeze period.

Class Packs

  • Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiration dates apply and are listed at the time of purchase.

  • Please use your classes before they expire.

Grip Sock Policy

Grip socks are required for every reformer class.

This policy helps maintain:

  • Equipment cleanliness

  • Studio hygiene

  • Client safety

Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

Health & Safety

Please do not attend class if you:

  • Have a fever

  • Are experiencing contagious illness symptoms

  • Have recently tested positive for a communicable illness

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing an injury or medical condition, please notify your instructor prior to class.

Studio Etiquette

To create the best experience for everyone:

  • Silence your phone before class.

  • Keep conversations quiet before class begins.

  • Respect fellow members and instructors.

  • Wipe down equipment after class using the provided cleaning supplies.

  • Return all props to their designated locations.

  • Food is not permitted inside the studio.

  • Water bottles with secure lids are encouraged.

Personal Belongings

Please leave valuables at home whenever possible. We have lockers for the rest of your belongings and shoes to be stored during class time.

ALURA Pilates & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Children & Guests

Only registered clients are permitted in the studio during class unless otherwise approved by management.

Private Sessions

Private and semi-private sessions require advance scheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

Photography & Social Media

Occasionally photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, simply let a team member know and we will gladly accommodate your request.

Respectful Community Policy

ALURA Pilates & Wellness is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and respectful environment.

Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or conduct that disrupts the experience of other members or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of memberships or services.
