3. Cancellation Policy

  • Services: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • Packages and Memberships: Unused portions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis, minus any discounts applied and services rendered.

  • Retail Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused products in original condition with proof of purchase.

  • Clients must complete an intake form and disclose relevant medical history before receiving services.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule your visit.

We are committed to maintaining a peaceful, professional environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or abuse toward staff or other clients will result in immediate dismissal and may result in being permanently banned from the premises.
